Terms and Condition of Purchase

These terms and conditions apply to any courses (“the course”, “this course”) including any bonus courses or materials, provided by Beth Ritchie Creative Services Ltd  (company number 14002288) of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK with VAT number 407290019 (“Beth Ritchie Creative Services Ltd”, “course provider” or “we” or “us”).

By purchasing this course, or any other from Beth Ritchie Creative Services Ltd, you agree and consent to the following terms and conditions that form a legal agreement between you (“the purchaser”), and the course provider.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing the course. By clicking on the “Accept” button you agree to the terms of this agreement which will bind you.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not buy the course. 

As the purchaser, you agree:

• You are over 18 years of age.
• You will not share access to this course with anyone else.
• You cannot transfer ownership of anything included in this course, its contents and this agreement is non-transferable.
• You cannot transfer these terms and conditions to anyone else. This contract stays in place and need not be renewed. 

As the course writer, I agree:

• A full description of this course is available on the website.
• The website and course materials have been written with reasonable care and skill.

Terms and conditions:

This course has been designed to be useful to the purchaser. However, it does not constitute professional advice, and the provider disclaims any liability for your reliance on any opinions or advice contained in the Course. No part of the provision of the Course shall be deemed to be, nor is it intended to be, nor should it be taken to be, the provision of professional advice.

The course provider can’t be liable to you, or any third party, for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, complaints, claims, litigation or other incidental, consequential, or special damages which arise regarding purchasing this course.

Although the provider aims to provide the Services to the highest standards of the industry, the provider accepts no liability for (i) any inaccuracy or misleading information provided in the course and any reliance by the purchaser on any such information, (ii) any loss or corruption of data, (iii) any loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, or (iv) any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from any breach of the terms of this Agreement. The providers total liability arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions and in relation to anything which we may have done or not done in connection with these terms and conditions and the delivery of the course (and whether the liability arises because of breach of contract, negligence or for any other reason) shall be limited to the course cost paid by the purchaser. No claim may be brought more than six months after the date on which the Course concerned has been purchased.

We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Services or courses described on the Website without notice. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions when required and subject to providing due notice to the purchaser.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm that the course you are purchasing will meet your needs. The course provider does not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain a particular result from your purchase and completion of any of the courses.

This is a self study course and does not include any individual coaching. At times, the course provider might offer group calls or live video interactions at their distraction, this does not create an individual coaching relationship. 

Any third-party links to products or services are subject to separate privacy policies. The provider is not responsible for or liable for any content on or actions taken by such third-party websites.

The course provider may collect domain information and “cookies” (small files saved on your hard drive by your web browser) to analyse website and advertisement performance, track user patterns, save information from your previous visits and customise your experience. The provider shall keep the purchaser’s Confidential Information strictly confidential and not use it otherwise than for the purposes of these terms and conditions and shall return it on demand and not retain copies of it.

Given the nature of the course, no refunds will be offered.

The materials included in this course are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Such materials include but are not limited to written text, workbooks, videos, audio recordings, photos, designs, and graphics. Any reproduction or unauthorised use shall constitute infringement. The course provider provides you with this Course solely for your personal, non-commercial use and you agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You may view, download, print, email and use these materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium, including by email or other electronic means, any material from the Course. In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the included Course Materials.

These terms and conditions, together with any Course Specific Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral. Nothing in this clause or terms and conditions shall limit liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

The provider shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination due to circumstances completely beyond our control, like family emergencies, illness, floods, war, acts of God, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, Government edict or regulation.

The price of the course is inclusive of VAT at 20%. Vat number: 407290019.

Any fees charged by your debit or credit card provider in connection with your purchase of any course are for your own account and the provider shall not be responsible for these.

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
